Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a commission take?
Commission timelines vary depending on the complexity of the piece and my current studio schedule. Most commissions are completed within 3–4 weeks. If you have a special date or event in mind, let me know and I'll do my best to accommodate your timeline.
Can I provide my own garment?
Absolutely. If you have a favorite jacket, trench coat, or other garment you'd like transformed, I'd be happy to discuss whether it's a good fit for painting. I also source vintage garments for clients who prefer to start with a piece from my collection.
How do I care for painted garments?
Each garment is hand-painted and created to be worn and enjoyed. To help preserve your artwork, I recommend spot cleaning whenever possible or dry cleaning. If hand washing is necessary, wash gently in cold water with mild detergent and hang to dry. Avoid bleach, high heat, and tumble drying.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. I currently ship throughout the United States and can arrange international shipping upon request. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination.
Is every piece really one of a kind? 
Yes. Every Good Look Tiff garment is hand-painted individually. No two pieces are ever identical, and once a design is sold, it is not reproduced. Each work is an original, making every garment as unique as the person who wears it.
